A comprehensive benefits package and competitive salaries are just some of the incentives that make working at the Roseville Joint Union High School District such an appeal. Listed below is just a brief description of some of the district's employment benefits. Please note that some benefits and incentives may differ according to full/part-time employment and/or job classification. Open Enrollment - Annual open enrollment for medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage is usually conducted each May with an effective date of July 1.

Payroll - Monthly employees are paid on the last working day of the month. Substitutes and hourly employees are paid on the 10th of the month for the previous month's work.

First-year teachers are paid on an 11-month pay schedule. Subsequent service years are paid on a twelve-month schedule.

Family Medical Plans Offered - The Roseville Joint Union High School District offers a comprehensive family plan that includes medical, dental, vision, and term life insurance. These products are available as a package and cannot be purchased separately. The District pays a maximum contribution of $683 per month per classified employee and $619 per month per employee in all other employment classifications for medical and vision plans. The District currently is paying the total cost for the term life insurance. The District's contribution for medical is pro-rated for employees who are less than full-time. Delta Premier Insurance - Dental coverage plan for the family is paid 100% by the district and is only available with the Medical coverage.

Retirement -

The Standard - Life insurance for employees only is paid 100% by the district. There is an optional benefit package for your family at your expense.
